Fareeda Design has consistently distinguished itself as a consultancy for Interior & Architectural design. We have navigated the complexities of demanding timeframes and budgetary constraints of our client's expectations. Guided by the visionary leadership of Fareeda Al Battashy, our esteemed Managing Director, Fareeda Design is enriched by over 26 years of comprehensive expertise in every facet of Interior Design. After a fulfilling career as an esteemed public servant, Fareeda Al Battashy embarked on a new path, founding her own design firm.

Preliminary Investigation
Fareeda Design is conducting a thorough investigation into the project requirements and working closely with the client to gain a comprehensive understanding of their needs. We will actively assist in gathering all relevant information pertaining to the project, ensuring its accuracy through careful verification. The collected data will be meticulously documented and included in the Consultant's submission, providing a comprehensive record of our findings.

Concept Design
Fareeda Design will analyze all the data collected, encompassing regulatory, physical, financial, and any constraints that may impact the design process and overall intent. Fareeda Design develops and presents the interior concept design to the client and obtains the client's approval by presenting a well-crafted design that aligns with their vision and requirements.

Preliminary Design & Concept Development
In this phase, our team diligently evaluates the predevelopment design, ensuring that every aspect meets the highest standards of quality and functionality. At the onset of this phase, we will submit preliminary drawings, clearly indicating the scale for the subsequent design development and working drawings. Additionally, we will provide Outline specifications, Quantity take-offs, and cost estimates as required for the project.

Final Design & Documentation
These drawings will be presented at the required scales and will encompass all the necessary information and details specific to the project. Our team ensures that all final detailed drawings adhere to the highest standards of quality, displaying completeness and meticulous attention to detail. The dimensions will be presented in the metric system, and the drawings will be organized into bid packages as per the agreed-upon requirements and approval of the client.
